How to permanently delete your Pehnawa account and the information tied to it.

From the app (fastest)

Open Pehnawa, go to Account → Delete account, and confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email support@pehnawa.org with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number registered to your account. To make sure the request really comes from you, we will send a one-time code to that number and ask you to reply with it. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number, city, bio and profile photo
• Your listings, with their photos and videos
• Offers, deals, chat messages and reviews you were part of — including from the other person's history
• Saved items, boards, closets you follow, people you blocked, reports you made and your listing views
• Your notification token and your record of agreeing to our policies

What may be kept

• Reports other people made about you, to keep the marketplace safe.
• Copies in encrypted backups, for a short time until they are overwritten.
• Delivery logs kept by our SMS provider under its own retention rules.
