These terms are the agreement between you and Pehnawa for using the app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

About Pehnawa

Pehnawa helps people buy and sell pre-loved clothes, jewelry and handbags with each other. Pehnawa is based at Office 101, First Floor, Plot 98-C, Khayaban-e-Ittehad, Phase II Ext., DHA, Karachi, Pakistan.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older and have a Pakistani mobile number.
• One account per person. Give accurate details and keep your phone secure — anyone with access to your number can sign in as you.

Listing items

• Only list items that you own and are allowed to sell.
• Describe items honestly — including size, condition and any flaws — and use your own photos.
• Not allowed: counterfeit or replica items presented as genuine, stolen goods, anything illegal to sell in Pakistan, and sexual, hateful or offensive content.

You keep ownership of your photos and descriptions. By posting them you allow Pehnawa to display them in the app for as long as the listing is up.

Offers and deals

• Buyers make offers; sellers can accept, decline or counter, and either side can keep negotiating.
• An offer expires if it isn't answered within 48 hours. Each buyer can have one open offer per item.
• Only make or accept an offer you intend to honour. When an offer is accepted, the item is reserved and a chat opens so the two of you can arrange the handover. Sharing your phone number there is your choice.
• Sellers say whether they will meet in person or send by courier. Delivery and its cost are arranged between the two of you; Pehnawa is not the seller and does not deliver anything.
• The seller marks the deal completed once the item has changed hands; either of you can cancel a deal before then, which puts the item back on sale.

Payments

Pehnawa does not process payments and is not a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly — usually cash on delivery. See our Refunds & Disputes policy.

How to treat other members

• Use contact details you receive only to arrange that sale. Don't share them, and don't use them for anything else.
• No harassment, threats, scams, spam or misleading behaviour.
• Meet in a safe public place or use cash on delivery, and check the item before paying.

Report or block anyone who breaks these rules. We review reports and may remove listings, reviews or accounts.

Reviews

After a completed deal, both sides can review each other — the buyer reviews the seller, and the seller reviews the buyer. Reviews must be honest and about that deal. We may remove reviews that are abusive or fake.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

Our responsibility

Pehnawa is provided as it is. Because sales happen directly between members, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of items, or for the conduct of other members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of Pakistan that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date above and ask you to agree again in the app before you continue.
